Great location, bathroom shower is good. Standard room is not spacious but enough for 2 big lugages. Certainly will come back and stay

The room which we were allocated whilst being clean and quite spacious could do with some modernising and is not anything like the imqages shown on the web site.

This was a really nice hotel and was brilliantly located on Oxford Street.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast delicious and there is a great choice of food, both english and continental. Rooms are very large.

I've stayed at this Hotel before and I booked through the hotel, booking through justonehotel was a lot cheaper and I would definitely use justonehotel again. The Hotel is just off Oxford street and close to tube station and bus stops excellent location.

Room size is pretty good for London, and very clean. Also, very comfortable bed - firm but not rock-hard, which I found in some places. Option to pay for late check-out is useful, however is quite expensive at GBP20 per hour.

Close to Hyde Park.

Poor buffet (from 5 sugg. 4 were pastas and cold !) - service in the restaurant was very low for a 4* hotel. Noisy hotel, I've stayed in two different rooms both were super noisy (had a reservation with someone's else on the separate room). Minibar empty, only 1 bottle of water. Communicating door with the room next to mine was not locked and could not be locked actually, and it was a deluxe executive room. Lifts often out of service and when you want to walk down the stairs, no way to leave on the 1st floor where is the reception but only on main floor then you are down in the street opposite the hotel entrance.

Top Tip
Well located, very convenient if you want to go for shopping in Oxford but will definitely not go back and thought it really did not look like a 4 stars hotel !
